Combined these homes can sleep up to 27 people.

This newly built private home (half of a duplex)comes with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and can sleep up to 15 people. The living room  has a gas fireplace while the adjoining family room has a wood stove.

Amenities include granite countertops, 42" HDTV in the living room, huge hot tub, wet bar, 2-car garage and more. There is a  large deck (2,300 square feet) with a gas barbeque grill. In the master bedroom you will find a queen bed and a private bath. The second and third bedroom both feature split king (two twins) beds and share a common bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a twin over a full bunk and a twin over a twin bunk. The fifth bedroom comes with a queen and private bath. Each bedroom in this home has a flat screen television. There are also two queen sleeper sofas.
